ABOUT ME
My Background

I am quite an unconventional student, not the normal university-going student as many of my peers are. I am a husband, father and I work a part-time job as an online English teacher. I have traveled the world, explored, learned, and taught. I have lived in China, learned a new language and many new skills that have only enhanced my ability to think critically and solve problems. Whilst living in China, Beijing, I started my own training center with my wife. We acquired over 80 private students and developed important business-building skills.

I am currently in my third year of studying towards a BSc Engineering Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. After attending Northcliff High School and given my natural interest and passion for mathematics and science, I leaned towards studying for an Engineering degree. I initially registered as an Aeronautical Engineer, and later changed to Mechanical. However, after my international travels and work experience, I realized that there was a great scope for Industrial Engineers and hence decided to finish my degree and branch into Industrial Engineering.

I have quite the experience, given my age and my travels, but I look forward to the future. I am eager to learn, develop and grow.
