The 3 core methodologies of lean are:
· Deliver value for the customer
· Eliminate waste
· Continuous improvement
Understanding the Lean methodology allows one to build a stable organization that is constantly evolving by identifying problems and removing them from the system. This is done by creating value for the customer by using the resources optimally. It creates a better workflow by following the Lean ideology which we will go into further. Through collaboration from all employees, continuous improvement can be achieved, this allows for an environment of shared leadership where employees are given more responsibilities but in turn seek continuous improvement.
