Systems Thinking

Systems thinking is a top-down approach where we consider the big picture first then specific systems afterwards. By looking at the big picture, the system can be established earlier and allow everyone in a team to be on the same wavelength.

Systems thinking allows us to figure out the core elements in a system, how are these elements connected and their specific inputs and outputs as well as what the system is ideally trying to achieve.
